Our Auburn Combination Stain is a deep orange to red color that moderately blends the color of the wood yet allows some of the deep wood grain to show through.

A Combination Stain uses both a Spray No Wipe Stain and a Wiping Stain to achieve a specific color.

Common Wood Species and Grade combinations when using this stain color:

• Cherry – (Select/Premium Grade)
• Cherry – (Natural/Standard Grade)
• Cherry – (Rustic Grade)

Photosensitive Darkening Process

It is natural for Cherry, Eucalyptus & Mahogany wood to darken over time due to the natural photosensitive darkening process. For these wood species, we recommend ordering new samples if the current date exceeds the “Ship Date” by more than 1 year.
