The Invoicing Specialist will assist with the invoicing of all orders on a daily basis.  The position follows standard work methods to ensure the accuracy of each of our customer’s invoices.

This year, WalzCraft’s Salvation Army Food Drive began on November 2nd, 2015 and concluded on November 20th, 2015.

Today WalzCraft, a Wisconsin-based, custom cabinetry components manufacturer, announced the opening of its newly constructed training and education facility and the launch of its comprehensive cabinet refacing training program; the  WalzCraft Cabinet Refacing Training Program.  The dedicated 1000 s.f. facility houses both a classroom and hands-on training lab.  This facility was specifically designed, built, and equipped to teach the craft of cabinet refacing at beginner and advanced levels.

“We believe the ‘WalzCraft Cabinet Refacing Training Program’ is the first of its kind in North America,” says company president Dick Walz. “The Program was created in response to what we saw as a growing need in the residential remodeling market for a comprehensive and systematic approach to training technicians in the craft of fine cabinet refacing.  Our goal is to provide complete, best-in-class training, integrated with the finest refacing material system available.”

The company offers a comprehensive 3½ day program conducted by its fulltime, experienced cabinet refacing instructor. In a combination of classroom and hands-on sessions, the in-depth curriculum includes an overview of the refacing market, introduction to the differing types refacing materials, four (4) distinct refacing methods, and installation techniques and tools.  The company also provides on-going technical support for its graduates.

Carlton (S513) WalzCraft Signature Series Applied Molding Cabinet Door DesignThe S513 Carlton Signature Series Design is a stunning Applied Molding Traditional Mortise & Tenon Cabinet Door & Drawer Front look.

Our Carlton Cabinet Door & Drawer Front design is often a popular fit for new construction and remodel projects, whether high-end kitchens, libraries, or bars. Commercial settings also often call for a design like the Carlton and include offices, reception areas, corporate board rooms & more.

This Applied Molding Cabinet Door & Drawer Front design is shown with Paint Grade Maple Stiles & Rails and MDF Center Panels. Our Woodland Birch Spray No Wipe Stain is an orange to red color that allows much of the natural color and grain of the wood to show through.

Spray No Wipe Stain

Spray No Wipe stains are applied by spraying the material onto the product and allowing it to dry. There is no wiping of the door to remove excess material.

Custom Size Post/Leg (Face Glued Laminated Stock) Availability

All Custom Size Post/Leg products are available in WalzCraft’s standard wood species with a D7 Outside Edge profile only. Layers are laminated from 4/4 solid wood stock, with the number of laminations (or layers) being dependent upon the finished thickness ordered.

Order your Custom Size Post/Leg products Unfinished or Prefinished with any of WalzCraft’s Stain or SolidTone® finish colors. Glazing, Rub Through and Distressing options are also available, with the exception of Flow Pen Glazing. Learn more about WalzCraft’s Finishing Program.

Please pay special attention to the size minimums and maximums as listed below:

  • Thickness: Minimum of 1 1/4″, Maximum of 6″
  • Width: Minimum of 1 1/4″, Maximum of 6″
  • Length: Minimum of 3″, Maximum of 96″

Please use WalzCraft’s Moldings & Miscellaneous Order Form #5. Please use our online catalog specifications above to choose the Miscellaneous Part # (FGLS) that corresponds with your required finished thickness and indicate a quantity. Provide finished dimensions within the Description Column in the format of Thickness x Width x Length.

WalzCraft offers various Joint Assembly Methods for joining two Face Frame Configurations together or any other cabinet component. Assemble methods include a Hoffman Dovetail (preferred), Domino Tenon, Dowel, Biscuit, Pocket Screw, and Countersunk Screw.

MJ Options for Face Frames include Miter Cuts, Dado Options, Rabbet Grooves, and Tongue & Groove Joints.
