IT Helpdesk / Assistant Network Administrator

Employment Type: Full-time

The IT Helpdesk / Assistant Network Administrator position offers the opportunity to assist in Network Administration at the direction of an experienced Network Administrator.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in IT related field (Network Specialist, Computer Support Tech, or other related fields)
  • Knowledge of Advanced Windows-based computer systems and technical knowledge of hardware and software
  • 6+ months of work experience in a computer technician or helpdesk support environment

  1. Ability to resolve IT Helpdesk inquiries in a timely fashion

Packaging/Shipping

Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, M-F

Overall responsibilities include preparing orders for physical shipments ensuring proper counts, labeling, and packaging. Prepare boxes, crates, and pallets for wood components.
