Our customer support team interacts directly with our customers via the phone, managing customer accounts and processing customer service quotations and order requests.
This is a full-time position with the hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Preferred candidate must have previous customer support experience and excellent organizational & computer skills. Accuracy and detail-oriented work habits desired. Applicants must also have a High School Diploma (or equivalent), good work history, and references available.
