Data Entry/Customer Support – 2nd Shift

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, M-F

Overall responsibilities include keypunching orders and assisting with paperwork processing.  Will deal directly with customers via the phone, providing specific information regarding our services, products and materials.

  1. Assist customers with placement of quotes, orders and remakes.
  2. Verify customer account information
  3. Place or cancel orders
  4. Resolve customer complaints via phone or e-mail.
  5. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data

While performing the duties of the job, the employee is exposed to minimal fumes and/or airborne particles. Ability to sit or stand at work station as needed.
