Oak White Quarter Sawn (Heavy Ray/Flake) Natural / Standard Grade offers the same characteristics as Natural / Standard Grade, with the added appeal of a bold Quarter Sawn cut. This method involves cutting the lumber at right angles to the tree’s growth rings, producing a pronounced ray and flake pattern across the surface. WalzCraft carefully matches this grade to ensure that 100% of the panel staves and stile and rail parts display a strong, visible Quarter Sawn figure. Due to the precision required, please add 50% to our published price for Oak White Quarter Sawn Natural grade. This grade is best suited for medium to dark stain colors. Please note that Natural / Standard Grade orders do not carry a warranty for color consistency.
