Nexus Cabinet Doors & Drawer Fronts
WalzCraft’s Nexus Doors and Drawer Fronts offer a fresh take on the classic shaker style with narrower stiles and rails. This design is known in the cabinet industry as a Slim Shaker, Skinny Shaker, or Thin Shaker. Our version includes a variety of square, beaded, and beveled profiles that range from 1/4″ to 7/8″ wide.
Nexus Cabinet Doors have solid wood stiles, rails, and outside edge applied molding with mitered corners. The flat center panel is 1/2″ thick and is available in plywood or MDF for painted products. Nexus is also available with our Continuous Bead (Reeded) Applied Molding applied to the face of the door.

Nexus Continuous Bead (Reeded) Door Style
Our made-to-order Nexus Doors with Continuous Bead / Reeded Applied Molding provide an easy way to add texture and visual interest to custom furniture, islands, vanities, and more.
When ordering, please specify the following:

- NP500 Series Nexus Profile – Scroll down to see the options
- Center Panel Wood Species / Grade and Grain Direction
- Stile, Rail, and Outside Edge Molding Wood Species / Grade
- Continuous Bead Molding #3241 or #3215 with choice of Wood Species / Grade and direction of the molding. Molding can be placed Vertical (top to bottom) or Horizontal (left to right)
- When running the continuous bead-applied molding vertically, the overall width of the door or drawer front will only be available in ¼” increments
- When running the continuous bead-applied molding horizontally, the overall height of the door or drawer front will only be available in ¼” increments
- Order unfinished or choose a finish option from Chapter R
Nexus Continuous Bead (Reeded) Profile Options
Nexus doors and drawer fronts with Continuous Bead Molding are only available in the thickness indicated within the individual profile drawings. The flat center panel is available in 1/2″ thick plywood with wood veneer face/back with MDF core or raw MDF for painted products. Our Continuous Bead (Reeded) Applied Molding is applied to the face of the door or drawer front.
