WalzCraft’s Web Order Manager (WebOM) is an online platform designed to make it easier, faster, and more organized for customers to manage their quotes and orders. Information that has previously been divided up amongst many emails can now be found in a single location with better clarity and convenience.
What WebOM Currently Offers:
Quote Creation: Enter new quotes from scratch. Currently, quote creation is available for our 18 most popular door styles, slab drawer fronts, and drawer boxes. Profiles and options are limited to those shown in the Lite Product Catalog for quote creation during this phase.
Excel File Import: Available for importing your door list when creating a quote, either through an Excel door list or by converting your CSV file into an Excel list.
Quote Editing: Even if you don’t create your quote on WebOM, most door quotes can still be edited online if you need to update your door quantity, width, or height.
Order & Quote History: Quickly view, sort, and filter your orders and quotes
Status Updates: Check order statuses, see estimated completion dates, and find shipment tracking information
Profile & Option Images: See images of the profiles, wood species, door style, etc. that are specified on your project
My Account: View credit card transaction history and select account details
