Our Auburn Water Based Wiping Stain is a deep orange-to-red color that moderately blends the color of the wood yet allows some of the deep wood grain to show through.
Water Based Wiping Stain
A Water Based Wiping Stain is sprayed onto the product and excess material is immediately wiped off with a rag. This method may produce a blotchy look on certain wood species.
Common Wood Species and Grade combinations when using this stain color:
- Maple – Hard (Select/Premium Grade)
- Maple – Hard (Natural/Standard Grade)
- Maple – Hard (Rustic Grade)
