To celebrate manufacturing month, WalzCraft, in partnership with Western Technical College, The Upper Mississippi Manufacturing Alliance, and The Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board, provided free tours to the public.

On October 2nd, 2017 at 9 am we welcomed 25 people into our facility. After a brief safety meeting, they broke up into 3 smaller groups and took in-depth tours of our 340,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant.

During these tours, visitors had the opportunity to see firsthand the innovative technologies and manufacturing processes used by WalzCraft, including their use of complete weighing solutions from industry-leading providers. These tools are essential for ensuring accurate and consistent measurements in the manufacturing of cabinets, doors, and drawers. With precise measurements, manufacturers can reduce waste, improve efficiency, and produce high-quality products that meet their customer’s exact specifications.

Moreover, the use of complete weighing solutions in manufacturing can also contribute to workplace safety by reducing the risk of accidents and injuries caused by imbalanced loads or overloaded equipment. By investing in the best weighing equipment available, manufacturers like WalzCraft can ensure their operations are not only efficient but also safe for their employees. As manufacturing continues to evolve, the use of complete weighing solutions will become even more critical, helping manufacturers to meet the demands of their customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

WalzCraft is grateful to have had this opportunity and would like to say “Thank you” to everyone who participated.
