WalzCraft is now offering 3/4″ Pre-Primed Veneer Core Plywood and various thicknesses of UV Coated Maple Veneer Core Plywood.
Pre-Primed Plywood
3/4″ thick Pre-Primed Plywood is available primed on 2 sides or primed on 1 side with UV coated Maple back. This versatile material is lightweight, stable, and easy to machine making it a great option for painted cabinet box components. The primed surfaces of our Pre-Primed plywood can be finished by the customer, or WalzCraft can apply a SolidTone® finish.
UV Coated Maple Plywood
UV Coated Maple Veneer Core Plywood is available in the following thicknesses:
¼” Thick Veneer Core Plywood – B4 “B” face grade wood veneer, veneer core, with a #4 back. The “B” grade face is pre-finished with a clear UV coating, while the #4 back is left raw and is not available finished.
½” Thick Veneer Core Plywood – B2 “B” face grade wood veneer, veneer core, with a #2 back. Both sides are pre-finished with a clear UV coating.
¾” Thick Veneer Core Plywood – B2 “B” face grade wood veneer, veneer core, with a #2 back. Both sides are pre-finished with a clear UV coating.
UV Coated Maple is also available on our Style 100DW Doweled Drawer Boxes with a matching PVC Edgeband (TE10) on the Top Edge of the box. Options include 1/2″ or 3/4″ sidewalls and 1/4″ or 1/2″ bottom panels. Since the maple already has a clear UV coating no additional finishing is necessary.
