Melamine Sheet (Stock) Panels consist of a Particle Board Core that has a plastic coating applied to both the front and back faces. This stock is very durable and easy to clean, which makes this material a popular choice for building cabinet boxes and commercial cabinetry, desks, and more. In addition Melamine is very easy to wipe clean, making this material a practical choice for hospitals, offices, schools, etc.
3D Laminate (RTF) stock is available in both 4′ W x 8′ H and 2′ W x 8′ H sheet sizes. Backing options include loose foil only, loose foil with a 3M PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) backing, or with a Phenolic Backing.
In addition, WalzCraft can create 1/4″ and 1/2″ thick 3D Laminate Panels using raw MDF panels. These panels are laminated on two sides with the foil of your choice, to avoid warping. Panels can be ordered cut to size, with a maximum size limitation of 40″ W x 90″ H.

Sheet Goods (or Sheet Stock) is general woodworking and construction term used to describe panels (often 4′ x 8′) and sheets of wood veneers, paintable laminate, HPL, 3D Laminates (thermofoil), plywoods, MDF, Melamine, and other combination core or wood-based composite materials. Thin flexible Wood Veneers, Paintable Laminates, and 3d Laminates are offered by WalzCraft with different backing, including PSA (Peel and Stick) and Non-Adhesive Backing.
Thicker sheet goods like Veneer Core Plywood, MDF Core Plywood, MDF, HDF, and Melamine are most often used in structural components of cabinetry as well as shelving. WalzCraft offers veneers, plywood, and other sheet stock several stock sizes, custom sizes, and rip-to-width options. Any wood veneer or wood-faced plywood can be ordered unfinished or finished to match our cabinet door and other components.
