Rotary Mill Mark Distressing

Over the past few years the requests for a weathered barn wood “look” have grown and don’t seem to be slowing down. We are happy to announce that we’ve added Rotary Mill Mark Distressing as an option to our catalog. This new distressing method has the look of rough circular sawn lumber that is often seen in reclaimed barn wood.

Rotary Mill Mark distressing is available on Cabinet Doors, Drawer Fronts, Face Frames, Panels and more. This distressing method is applied prior to assembly to ensure no two pieces are the same, making the finished product truly one-of-a-kind.

Products are available unfinished or prefinished with our Wiping, Spray No Wipe and Combination Stains, or our SolidTone WoodGrain Finish. Add one of our glazing options to enhance the texture.

Pictured to the right are three examples of stain applied to White Oak (Natural / Standard Grade) Cabinet Doors with Rotary Mill Mark Distressing. Finishes shown are English Oak V3 Combination Stain (top), Light American Walnut Wiping Stain with Cream Dry Wiped Glaze (middle) & Brown Oak Wiping Stain with Brown Solvent Wiped Glaze (bottom).

All Cabinet Doors pictured are Style 10 with SR100 – 3″ Stiles & Rails, RVSCP-PR324 Reverse Center Panel and D33 Outside Edge.
