WalzCraft offers corbels in a variety of different sizes and Wood Species. They may be ordered Unfinished or Finished with Wood Stain, Primed for Paint or SolidTone (Paints). Glazing, Rub Through and Distressing options are also available, with limitations on some components.

WalzCraft offers custom Solid Wood Butcher Blocks & Butcher Block Countertops (Order Style #2227) to help you create a functional piece of art for any size kitchen or design layout.
Butcher Blocks are constructed using 4/4 solid wood staves that are face glued. The two outer most staves may vary from ½” wide to 1″ wide to achieve desired finished width. Butcher Blocks offer the benefit of creating a workspace that is not only safe and sanitary but also friendly to all of your kitchen utensils!

Butcher Block Countertops are available in all of WalzCraft’s standard and exotic solid wood species options as listed in our specifications catalog. Not available in rustic or knotty grades.
Butcher Block Countertops are available in custom sizes up to 48″ in width and 120″ in length. Available in heights/thicknesses of ¾”, 1″, 1½”, 2″, 2½” & 3″. For other heights/thicknesses, please contact our Customer Support Team.
Any size requirements falling outside of these parameters can be submitted as an inquiry as additional design charges may apply.
The Crown Butcher Block Design pattern is only available with a D7 Outside Edge. All of the inside corners of the Crown design will have a 3/8″ radius.
*Please note that WalzCraft does not currently offer Prefinishing for Butcher Block Countertops. It is recommended to seal your Unfinished Butcher Block Countertop with a food safe finish promptly upon receipt of the product.
Wood Base & Casing Molding is available in most of our standard wood species & Grade options, with a few limitations.
Our standard length for Base & Casing Molding is 8′, however longer lengths (8′ – 12′ & +12′) are also available in most wood species. All Base & Casing Moldings may be ordered Finished or Unfinished (sanded to a 180 grit). As with all WalzCraft Moldings, Base & Casing Molding may be ordered in any quantity (no minimum order).

WalzCraft’s French Mitered Cabinet Door construction allows you to create the ‘look’ of an Applied Molding Traditional Mortise & Tenon door without the need to apply any molding to the door. The back side of the French Mitered door reveals this secret, which uses Mitered Stile & Rail profiles to create this unique look.
When ordering French Mitered Cabinet Doors or Drawer Fronts, use one of our 600 Series Mitered Stile & Rail Profiles that includes an “FM” symbol for French Mitered Compatibility in the profile drawing.

Leaded Glass Configurations are a great way to enhance any frame door design, offering a more decorative appearance than cabinet glass alone. When used in kitchen cabinetry, custom built-ins, and furniture applications, leaded glass doors can go a long way in achieving a certain theme or style.
Individual pieces of glass and Lead Caming (mullions separating the individual pieces of glass) are assembled, soldered on both sides, and cemented in place with glazing putty to prevent any rattling.

Leaded Glass Configurations come with an installation kit including instructions, plastic clips, and a tube of silicone. Although Leaded Glass Configurations are not compatible with WalzCraft’s Rubber Glass Retainer, WalzCraft does alternatively offer wood retainer moldings that are compatible. Wood Retainer Moldings for 1/4″ glass includes 889, 1036, 1120, or 3094.
